Mental health is messy, painful, misunderstood, a battleground within, a cycle of wellness to burnout to breakdown perpetuates.

At times, it feels like the world wants to see you fall, you don’t always have hope, judgement comes easily and attack is swift.

Now, starting again from a different place, we are not the ones who shout the loudest to be heard, how is that even possible when you can’t find a voice or the words to make it all make sense.
